Dear Friend of Chamber Music Charleston,

 Thanks to you, over the past year Chamber Music Charleston has accomplished a great deal.  It has provided classical music and education to thousands of Charlestonians and visitors.  We appreciate the contributions of all our volunteers, members, and sponsors.  Your support makes great things happen.

 We especially thank our 2008-09 season volunteers who so wonderfully “stepped up to the plate”:

 The more volunteers we have, the more we can inspire and entertain.  If you have a few hours to spare, we’d love for you to consider volunteering.  You may involve yourself as much as you would like, “part-time” or “full-time” or “one-time”.

We are looking for a cadre of individuals to support our events through a variety of simple ways and to build a program of membership cooperation and participation.

We have listed below several areas where we need your help.  Doing as much as your schedule will allow will help us tremendously:

• Arrangements – Set up and remove room chairs at house concerts
• Hospitality – Arrange for reception refreshments
• Usher or “Box Office” – Receive tickets and payments at venues
• Marketing – Assist in mailings, stuff envelopes, distribute posters
